How Much Does a Child's Birthday Party Cost in Warsaw? Real Prices for 2026

Children's birthday prices in Warsaw are hard to compare. Most venues don't publish a full price list, and the ones that do all count differently: some per child, some per package, some per hour of an entertainer.

So we checked for ourselves. Below are real prices from Warsaw venues' own price lists, worked out for the same example: 10 children, a Saturday, 2 hours. And our own full price list, with no "ask for a quote".

What decides the price of a child's birthday

Number of children — most places charge per child, or have a package for up to 10 with a fee for each extra child
Day of the week — at trampoline parks and play centres, weekends cost noticeably more than weekdays
Length — 2 hours is standard, and every extra hour costs
Food — sometimes included, more often paid separately or brought by you
Extras — an entertainer, face painting or a workshop is usually an add-on

Costs that are easy to forget

Compulsory non-slip socks at trampoline parks
An entertainer as an add-on — 350 zł an hour at Karuzela Wilanów
A fee for your own food or cake — for example 15 zł per person for outside food (Karuzela Wilanów) or 100 zł for your own cake (LuMo)
Weekend surcharge — at #KochamSkakać the same package costs 300 zł more on a Saturday than Monday to Thursday
Every extra child — so it's worth counting carefully how many guests will really come

Our prices: everything in the open

1700 zł — up to 10 children, 2 full hours
+130 zł for each additional child (12 children is 1960 zł, 14 children is 2220 zł)
A third hour for cake and play — from 300 zł

Included:

2 hours of workshop led by two art instructors
all materials, canvases and aprons
every child takes their own work home
a mini gallery show and group photo at the end
setting up the room and cleaning up afterwards

Not included: you bring the cake and food, so you can choose exactly what your children like.

Count your guests first — the difference between 10 and 14 children is a few hundred złoty almost everywhere
Ask what's included, not just the price — a cheaper package without an entertainer or food often ends up costing more
Think about what your child wants — running around, or making something
Check dates early if you have a particular Saturday in mind
